It's always the topic and never the quantity of moaning that changes.

there are obviously a few who struggle to understand this concept but imo as we are now top if (if) we were to finish 3rd or worse that would be a bad season

and yeah i get the message we all want to finish 1st - which i actually think we will

but its just i was wondering

thanks to those who understand this
considering we would have missed our best player and main goal threat for 1/4 of season at least, my head says top 3 is acceptable.

My heart says otherwise. We should be at least 6 points clear now!!!

FWIW, I think we'll be in the mix come May.
I've changed my mind. We will be out of the title race by the end of March and we will end the season at least 10 points behind the eventual champions, Utd. With Rafa ****ing about with his contract, the board have a duty to start looking for a potential new manager.
            Another MASSIVE game

Win at OT and that's what you'll all look like.

And I wouldn't put it past us.

rafa should at least be able to motivate the players for the rest of the season - basically tell the team that they have nothing to lose and go out and ****in do it! I'd just love if those Manx cunts dropped some points before we played them

I cant see it happening. Worst of all, even if we did manage it, they'd still be comfortably top.

It seems to be our way this season leaving it late to win things.

A win at OT won't be enough imo.

It would certainly help! They have a collective winning mentality and it'll take a bad result to change that - if we beat them at OT (and I personally don't think we will) it would dent their confidence.

yeah i kinda see what you mean and agree - The team looked almost nervous, tight and rigid if that makes sense like we have been clinging on to our title challenge - but being like that has caused us more damage than good. Time for rafa and the players to think, well we ballsed it up a bit, lets relax now, go and make the most of what games we have left and enjoy it and get at teams

seriously - with no alonso or gerrard, i don't know why rafa didn't just think about it a bit and think (certainly in our remaining home games)

Go right at city from the off and just peg them back with constant attack

and when gerrard and alonso are back, just sawp them into the middle or whatever, and continue to go at teams! try and actually get to half time winning rather than being 0-0!
