If this is true, a striker must be out top priority in January.Originally posted by joyno View Postmy heads battered on this one ,first of all my mate tells me he is out for the rest of the season, you lot convince me that he was talking bollocks, and then John Aldridge on tonight's lfc tv stated that despite the optimistic news he believes torres might be out for a long time, i certainly hope the talking bollocks scenario comes true, but now i have my doubts im afraid.

He will be out until the next internationals and then Spain will screw him up again."That's how I found myself on the Kop that day I had my blue-and-white scarf safely tucked away inside my coat as I listened to Liverpool songs and swayed with the masses.
Then City scored and I screeched and this big bloke, a Liverpool supporter, made towards me and I thought he was going to throttle me. But he just pulled my scarf from under my coat so it lay on the outside, and said: "You should always be proud of your colours, lad."

Why????
Kuyt/Babel/Keane/Ngog/Nemeth.
We are top of the league without Torres, if we have to buy a right winger would be betterThose that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.

We are top mainly cos of early season performances when we were full of vim and verve and optimism. Now we are stodgy and heavy legged and nervous. We need a tonic... a new player...an injured player to come back...something: cos it ain't happening at the mo and we just know that one of Yernited, Chelski or Arse will get it together soon and go on a run. It's basic stats.

and he wont be back before mid jan
at best
He hasn't torn his hamstring off the bone FFS, he has small tissue tear. He's probably right to play now, but they are just giving him that extra couple of weeks to make sure its 100% healed."When a man insults my country I insult him, by taking his woman" Tony Yeboah
