Either way we should whoop them.
It was a bad enough question asking about real life, I wouldn't dare ask about PES

      I think it'd be a draw, 0-0 probably.

Well that's not getting in the Christmas spirit is it?

The thread isn't doing anyone any harm, and at least it's a break from all the bickering.

Reece I knew this wasn't going to be a contender for thread of the year but I think I actually stunned the forum into silence for about 45 minutes at half 5.

              My humble apologies to all.

                england 1-0

just think of the midfield battle - alonso, masher and gerrard vs carrick, hargreaves and barry. They wouldnt stand a chance.

                spain 3-0

although they would have a lot of the ball in the middle we would sit back and hit them on the counter and win at a canter.

**** as long as dossena didnt play left back
Do you still think we should sign Brian McBride?

We played them in the eighties for Ian Rush's testimonial. IIRC we won 3-2 and Rushie played for both sides. He might have actually scored for England too.
                    Really?

Wales is part of England though.
                        .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."
