Maybe if Ferguscum had done that he would have at least taken a point against Arsenal, at home, everyone knows they generally play well against the big sides, so to match them at the emirates and even have the game to better them is'nt imo a catastrophe.

Good result, disappointing considering they had 10 men and we missed some great chances, but the sending off had an opposite effect.
We were actually better before it happened, and they got fired up.

I know but its nothing new with people going overboard. Arsenal would have loved for us to go full steam at them, thats when they play their best and would thrive in it.

Rage, no offence mate but you really need to take your face for a ****. We are in the first season of challlenging for the title. We are top at the sharp end come December with a fairly (IMO) average squad that really suffers when key players are out like Torres.

Had you have been offer the position we are in now in August you would have snapped hands off. Yes, Lucas is gash, yes it would be nice for Keane to stay on when we need a goal. But what should we do, play safe for the point for the last few minutes and use the strength of the squad in feb/mar or the run in when we have a fit squad?? I thank christ that you aren't our manager at times.
Winning an argument on the internet is like winning the special olympics, even if you win you are still a retard!

It took all the pressure off Arsenals remaining players, being the home team adds expectancy, the sending off released them of it.

This game beforehand was definitely a potential defeat, but again we match or better a top side/rival.

stig didn't even watch the game. mr jd doesn't even know his own name and you my friend at least agree on some of my frustration.

we should have gone for it, they were there for the taking but as always our lack of ambition cost us.

                          Rafas rules.

                          1. If you get the ball , stop and pass backward....DO NOT , under any circumstances pass forward.

                          2. Sub Keane....whatever the cunt does lad does , score or not , i want that mick on the bench.

                          3. always play for 1 point , a draw is as good as a win.

                          4. Even if the opposition is down to 4 men carry on as if we are playing inter milan , slow and easy , always pass backwards and hit them on the break.

                          5. oh yeah , sub keane.

( rule 5 applies even if he gets a hatrick , sets up another solves the da vinci code and gets blown on the pitch at half-time by the queen)

Feel a little flat with that if i am honest. Should of won that and pressed more when they went down to 10 men. Lucas should of come off instead of Riera and keane should of stayed on. Rafa is being to careful at times putting on defensive players when we ned to push for th win. He is to obsessed with the other team rather than his own team at times as he tries to stop the other team winning rather than his own team going for the win.
