I have to disagree on this one.
I think he brings something different when he comes on, we seem to be creating more chances.
Yesterday he was involved in two of the biggest chances we had after he came on.
IMO he`s better that Pennant, and different to Yossi and Kuyt. He might not be as talented as Babel, but he creates more chances and work harder defensivly.

He's had more of an impact than Babel, someone who you would have expected to step-up considerably after last season's performances.

Babel just does not look fit/confident of his fitness to me. Ankle injuries can be a real problem to get over, perhaps mentally as much as physically -they ended Barmby's top flight career, and mine (??) - and to me Babel looks like he is not sure of his ankle. So personally I wouldn't be too harsh on Babel.

I like El Zahr. He'll need to develop quite a bit, but I think he is doing OK (ie having an impact).

i remember his debut and thought who is this kid in a top 2 sizes too big for him.

far far better than pennant, makes things happen and hope to see him compete for a starting place when yossi and babel get sold in the summer

I think he usually holds his own when coming on as a sub, just needs a bit more luck, but he is trying things, I prefer him over Pennant.

yup couldnt agree more, I think the lad could become very useful for us, just dont think he is suited to regualr starts, but more of an impact role.
