Noticed Nemeth was missing from the last reserves game. Is he injured, got a virus or training with the seniors for the congested xmas period?

If he is going to get a chance 15mins here or there, maybe Rafa is finally growing some Xmas balls and giving youth a chance.

hang on thats not fair to say Rafa doesnt give youth a chance. Insua, Ngog, Plessis, Lucas, El Zhar, Darby, Spearing and the other lad (forget his name) are all starting to feature and play. Quite a few of these lads are also starting to impress on a regular basis and could stake a claim for a regualr first team spot if they carry on as they are doing.

exactly.......Rafa doesnt get enough credit for bringing through the youth, Wenger gets all the plaudits and we have hearda bout wengers yooof for years, how many of actually made it? and Rafa has been here half the time Wenger has been and think we are starting to see the benefits now, look at insua been here 2 years is only 19 and is on the verge of becoming a first team regular in the squad and hopefully the team

So no Nemeth on the bench against Bolton. Could he be there for Newcastle? Looking highly unlikely which kind of indicates that he's probably injured again as he missed the reserves game last week. :-(
