It's good to see Rafa back but by the look of things he's not back in full swing yet,What with the black denims , wonder if preston got a director's box and if so will Rafa be in it or on the bench? Rafa is working 16-20 hours a day so I can understand that he get it difficult to be able to train himself every day.

I think he eats preseason so that over the season he can fret himself down to a healthy wait. If he had started the season svelte he would be skeletal now.
