Not gonna engage in a big argument about it mate, agree to disagree. I've read your post, but i still think your team would be pants for that game.

Each to their own, and all.

Hope you enjoy it/we win Maybe take some pictures and do a report if you like?

I'd consider putting El Zhar on the left if we don't want to risk Riera on the left.

        --------- Torres -- Keane

El Zhar - Gerrard - Lucas - Benayoun

        Insua --- Agger --- Skrtl --- Carragher

        -------------- Reina

If its your first time then you will be overwhelmed how the whole city is steeped in Liverpool FC. Especially around Anfield. And remember to sing loud and proud, even if nitwits around you are quiet as mice.

We salute you OOTers ('cos I'm one as well  ).

The thing is, we are away. Which means a visit to Stoke!

                        reina will play
"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."

Play the strongest team IMHO. Nando must be fit enough to start by now. I'd go with this:

                          ------------Pepe------------
                          Carra--Skretel--Agger--Insua
                          -------Mascher-Stevie-------
                          Kuyt-------Keane-------Riera
                          -----------Nando-----------

Only question for me is possibly have Lucas alongside Masch and Stevie in Robbie's position but I think the way I have it above is a bit more attacking
It's easy to distract fat people. It's a piece of cake.

                            Agreed on Gerrard v Lucas.

If Torres is raring to go then play him. But I suspect this game might be too soon.

i have a couple of friends who work as physios and they reckon that as far as coming back from a hamstring injury is concerned, it is far better to start a game then come off after 30 minutes than to sit on the bench, cool down then come on and risk aggrevating it. if he is fit enough to play against preston then he is fit enough to play. we can all talk about potential banana skins and every single game needs to be treated like one. plus, we really need to improve our goal difference.
                              in january we were doomed.

in august we will rise from the ashes of ****e and march on again

But you were insisting to me that you'd play Gerrard in the defensive midfield position
