And it's his old pal, George Dubya Bush. Their estates will be back to back in Dallas.

No doubt Hicks will be pleased with the extra Secret Service detail.

Where I grew up, the council built over 300 houses on our estate, why would an old couple like Dubba and Babbs need so many houses.
Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.

Not impossible really. Sold his stakes in some other sports "franchise" and has a hefty amount of cash knocking about.

Guaranteed to make Anfield the most dangerous stadium in the world

Hey if Bush invested he would no longer be untouchable. Liverpool is one place where he would not be safe no matter how much security he brings

Bush is a dude. Terrible leader. But **** me the man is funny. A real cowboy. If he had the cash I wouldn't say no. If he had some passion for the club he could be a real asset.

Are ex-presidents allowed to invest in businesses?

I just think it would saddle the club with much unwanted ridicule and publicity of the wrong kind, but i could be wrong.

                        Hang on....he'd fit right in...

I would'nt be surprised if Hicks brought Bush to the club just to wind our arab suitors, DIC & any other parties like them!

Security would be horrendous on Matchdays if Bush ever came to watch us!...we would have to foot the bill so thanks but no thanks!
Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

I'm not sure it would be just when he came to watch, for us to be such a high profile asset of his, and a very public one at that...could be that someone of deranged mind might want to use us to send a message to him. (no, not like a postman).
