Why is he being fined?

Sounds like nonsense to me. He would need to have a clause in his contract saying that he wasnt allowed to talk about club matters in the press, if he had that then they would have came down on him hard the last time.
I also dont think the club are legally allowed to fine someone a months wages without their permission, specially for such a small incident of him talking about his contract.
