If Martin O'Neill had ....

He is a mega****. A good manager, but not a great one. He plays a young attacking side with bags of pace and almost always plays his strongest side. I wouldnt have him over rafa, but i would love a rafa/martin hybrid with the above attributes being added to rafa's talents.

He bought Ashley Young so how is he fortunate to have him? I think hes a pretty good manager and has done a great job with villa so far, I wouldnt have him over Rafa though! I actually think he will get the Utd job when Meester Ferguson retires/dies

I don't like his style. His use of strikers like Heskey, Carew and Hartson tends to mean he doesn't play the style of footie that I like to watch.
