If Rafa or AF was the manager of Stoke City, will he lead them to champion league?

I am thinking of this question now, if either of them is now managing a struggling team in EPL, giving them a tight budget and a timeline of 5 years, will stoke city win the title under them? Or do they actually need expensive players to win the title?

    AF or AFII?
    .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

They would eventually if given 10 years and the opportunity to create a youth system.

AF = Alex Ferguson, with a tight budget, will they be able to succeed?

            SAF or MAF?

Not with a tight budget, no.

no way in 5 years and dont think it is possible for any team without a significant budget to win the league.

Nope the top 4 sides would still have world class managers with a lot more cash. Would probably get into Europe through one of the cups.

Nope even in 10 years they wouldn't.

I'd love to see how Fergie would cope if he didn't spend the obscene amounts of money they spunk out on players, the Mancs complain the Chavs bought the title, they've been doing it for years and it is by far and a way one of the main reasons why we will find extremely difficult to compete with them
                      We come not to play.

No chance for either of them.
