I really enjoyed reading both of these articles, especially the first.Quite refreshing seeing Rafa being backed.

Liverpool is such a huge club, one of the biggest and most scrutinised on the planet. It's not a job in the 21st century for a regular guy. It's too big, too intense. You need a big personality, strength of mind and purpose to even have a chance. Whatever you do you will be scrutinised in minute detail and you have to stand up to that pressure. It's not a normal job; there is no place to hide. Everyone thinks they know better than you.
The pressure on Liverpool managers has been steadily building since we last won the league, Rafa has the misfortune (for want of a better word ) to be manager at the stage where the scum are actually in touching distance of our record, so i think that kind of racks the stakes up a bit where fearful fans are concerned too.

But the article is correct, Liverpool is a huge job, a huge job had we already won the Premiership, but with the added long and painful wait for the Title it makes it all the more difficult imo, and i think Rafa has come under intense scrutiny, sometimes from people who should know better, sometimes form people who know nothing.

But with all the stuff going on since the takeover i feel he needs to be cut a little slack, as Oliver Kay says in his article Rafa is far from a manager cracking up and making rash decisions, he has his way of doing things that's served him well, if he's left to get on with it and continue what he's started, which is rebuilding this club football wise from top to bottom, something that should have been done 10 or more years ago then i believe we'll see more progress under Rafa's management.
