Always quality when he has a long injury free period. But they are few and far between. If he can prove his fitness he'd always be in my squad. If not there aint much point in him.

He's ****ing awful.
He has taken about 100 free kicks for us, and missed 99 of them, and still considered some sort of set piece genius.

As far as I'm aware this is a thread about his ability overall, not how good he is at set pieces. I'm with you on that I just laugh when he takes a free kick for us. He way Aurelio operated in midfield gives a lot of water to Rafa’s desperation to sign Barry – we had excellent balance with a left foot-right foot combo in the centre of the park. We were very fluid throughout the first half hour especially and both Aurelio & Masher were prominent in that.
Before some moron jumps all over this I don’t want Xabi to go and never did but I think yesterday will definitely further Rafa’s desire to bring Barry to LFC next season to give us more possibilities, no.cuntComment
