I would have been mortified at the start of this year to even have to contemplate starting all over again with a new manager. Now, I'm not that bothered.

We have a good first team, or spine of players that any manager would be happy with. Things wouldn't need to change as much as it did say from when Rafa took over GH's squad.

It's just all baffling as to what is going on and I can't be arsed with it anymore. Football takes a back seat with me for the rest of the season.

I must admit I really do not know what I think about starting all over again. On the one hand I really don’t want to see Rafa gone but on the other hand the idea of Moaninho coming in (who I detested when he was at Chavski) does sound like quite a good idea.

As i said in the other thread we simply don't have enough goal scorers. Selling Keane was a **** up and its a damn shame that Gerrard and Torres haven't been fit to form a partnership.
Kuyt up top on his own? Will never win us enough matches.

Babel has been a disaster this season. I remember creating a thread during the summer where i stressed how important it was for Lucas and Babel to step up this season. I had hope.............

another point i want to make is that i find players such as babel and lucas did not really develop under rafa, so did most of the other players. really wonder what the coaches are doing. we cant even string together afew passes effectively.

I don't think selling Keane was a mistake he didn't fit in to system and didn't play well for us. I think the problem was that we didn't bring someone in up front to replace him

It's staggering really. We've played 3 utterly ****e teams in Pompey, City and Boro and made them all look good.

Pompey were woeful, City are ****e, Boro hadnt won for 14 games...and we take 4 points out of that lot

Didnt Gary Ablett complain that there is not enough matches for his reserve team? Maybe he can start fielding his reserve team in the EPL while rafa takes his team to CL?

To make matters even worse the offal is reporting Gerrard was withdrawn from the match after he got a "knock".

Every player did not perform, it does not matter who signed them.
