I have to agree that it is outrageous if true, that Rafa starts giving contract advice to players....

Rafa is an employee of LFC and so is Kuyt, so they should both handle their contracts through the club.

This is the sort of reason why many clubs have a sporting director, to negotiate and handle contracts and make sure that there is continuity at the club.

So if Rafa goes then Kuyt will go. I don't think Rafa should be offering any more sweetners for fans at this stage.

Says the 'member' from the RCDNR brigade.

Two week old comments from Kuyt, used by the media at a time when they see fit to cause as much damage as possible.

So Rafa said "not now Dirk, i've got my own **** to worry about at the moment" and that's viewed as Rafa telling Kuyt to see if Rafa signs a new contract before he commits. The suggestion being that he might not want to sign if Rafa doesn't. I don't really see it that way.
