I'd like us to get another top striker either Villa or Karim Benzema but doubt the latter would be interested in the move given the fact he's already apparently Barca/Real bound when he finally leaves. then again Barca are also interested in Villa come the end of the season if they off load Eto.

Think we could also do with a right winger, That Polish fella Kuba seems to be a good prospect from what everyone's said int eh thread we have about him. I really don't think we are too far away from winning the league. If we could get a season with everyone at every level of the club pulling toghether in the same direction then I'm sure we could win the PL. Too much off field bull**** has derailed our season once again. (as well as too many of those ******* draws) I think we just need that extra bit of spark and we're there IMO.

I think Jose would find a player who he'd bring the best out of, to the extent that we'd get better performances.

They dont all have to be world class, they just need to perform.

Like Mallouda, Mikel, Fererra (sp), Shevchenko and Kalou?

Again, proving Benitez spends far too much on average players compared to Fergie who spent £18m on Carrick who, since has been at the club, has won two titles and looks to be winning his third consecutively.
