just look at this article http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1...deo-technology

      - and continue to argue that is was a pen. I love to win - but in a fair way. I am sure it would have been more balanced if Torres hadn't pulled down Pepe - and Heinze hadn't been adjudged to have fouled with his hand. I still think, we would have won, but that just hypothetical now.

so lets celebrate on a big european night at Anfield.

Never a penalty but who ****ing cares. Casillas ensured the score wasn't more like 7-0.

Absolutely buzzing. Mascherano was utterly, utterly outstanding and MOM by a distance for me. So chuffed for Spearing to get on, have his name sung and play really well, and thrilled for Dossena, who again showed his attacking quality.

I fear no-one. Bring on whoever. Onwards to Rome

          .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Best performance for a very long time. ‘Hope Rafa picks the same starting eleven for the Utd game.
              Another MASSIVE game

Me too. I've become really fed up with Babel but he was good tonight. Riera has gone off the boil somewhat and we could do with Ryan's pace on the break. Same team please Rafa.

Superb display and brilliant result! 5-0 on aggregate against Real Madrid, fantastic. We stepped up again tonight and every player played his socks off. Couldn't be happier.

I will go with that too. Babel made Ramos look distinctively average. Good cross for Gerrard's second. More please.

‘Good to see our forwards playing with freedom and confidence. Torres, Gerrard and Babel (who’s been low on confidence all season) showed great understanding tonight.

Don't be surprised with a hotballing scheme from UEFA so the English are paired with each other and the others will face each other guaranteeing at least on non-English team.

That was a sensational display all things considered. Well done Rafa once again, how can we ever doubt this man?!!! Well done to all the players who were immense, Dossena and Lucas included!!! And well done to the fans who made Anfield rock tonight!!!

Have to give a special mention Mascherano - I have never seen him put in a better display anywhere. Awesome Mascher!!!

And to that **** Real Madrid fan with the Everton scarf...
