Who do you want in the Qrts and what do you predict

I'd be happy with anyone apart from chelsea (this europe and i want to see us playing teams outside of england have we have just played these cunts so much) and the mancs due the stress factor - i'd take arsenal though or any of the other teams

Would like to draw bayern munich - as i said in the draw thread when we got real madrid, I want to see liverpool playing the best/different teams around - we have had all the big guns now (other than the mancs) so think Bayern would be a good game for us.

i'd like the draw to be

Chelsea vs Mancs - let them kick **** out of each, may even have a major effect on the league for them both

Barca vs Arse - would have to fancy Barca but Arse might be capable of a shock

Porto vs Villareal - prob the two least fancied teams so be good for them if a 'smaller' club made it through to the semi's

Us vs Bayern - for reasons above

Us to go through and draw the winner of porto and villareal - and let the four other stronger teams fight it out.


I am worried though - listening to the radio, and ssn, etc etc and the media is buzzing that four english teams are dominating - for me this is worrying cause uefa and the weaker sides will be crying about it, and i fully expect that major rule changes will come into effect - cause for me the way it is now, the four english clubs will dominate the champions league and there is only Barcelona in my eyes capable of competing

I wouldn't be suprised if on one side of the draw you see the four english sides, probably split like Us vs Mancs and Chelsea vs Arse

To be fair I think if it continues the way it has .. its starts to make a mockery of the competition .. I'd be favour of making it just the top 2 teams in each Lg .. why not ... Its a cup competition after all .. sure it may not be a true reflection of the strongest teams in Europe but at least it perhaps would be more entertaining .. I am also in favour of taking another look at that away goal rule .. think it really stifles attacking play even though we seem to have cracked the away goal style 2 legged tournament

For footballing reasons, i'd like to get either Porto or Villarreal.

In terms of travelling and the general experience, Bayern would be great. Give me a chance to dust off that A Level german

This is what I want as well, so you can be sure it won't happen

Ties are being played 7./8. April with the return on 14./15. April.
In April we have Fulham(A) on Saturday the 4th, Blackburn(H) on the 11th, Arse(H) on the 19th and Hull(A) on the 25th.

I will gladly face anyone except Barca - I want them to stay in and knock the Mancs out.

I do not fear the Mancs at all but can do without the stresses of having to play them.

i'd love to get the scum cause i'm convinced we can beat them in the knockout stages.

and whatever the stress of playing them in the1/4s, it's better than the semis or the ultimate nightmare of the final. actually don't think i could watch that game without serious tranquilisation.
