    Best ever LFC goal celebrations...

Absolutely loved the goals and celebrations from the weekend, so I thought this could be an interesting and nostalgic thread.

What are your favourite/most memorable Liverpool goal celebrations?

Off teh top of my head mine would be...

    1. Gerrard v Man Utd - kisses the badge then kisses camera.

    2. Rush v Everton - the little jig with John Barnes after the extra time winner.

    3. Istanbul - THAT equaliser and the pile up that followed.

    4. The King v Bruges - hurdling the Wembley hoardings!!!

    5. Gerrard v Olympiacos - amazing scenes!!!

    6. Fernando Torres v Man Utd - 5 times, we've won it 5 times.....

    7. Robbie Fowler V Everton. Yes, you know the one.

    8. Collymore after the epic winner V Newcastle.

    9. Alan Kennedy scoring the winning penalty V Roma.... he just jumped up and down.

    10. Luis Garcia - the thumb sucking imitated throughout Europe since..

Another quality one was Stevie's drive against the Bitters when he was a shaven-headed nipper & ran along with his tongue hanging out.
    3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Most of those are crap celebrations to be honest, just dramatic winners or similar.

Great moments but not great celebrations. Liked the Fowler and Gerrard ones though. Bellamy one was class. Torres pointing out his name v Madrid was a nice touch.

Michael Owen hand rubbing sticks in the mind for Hat Trick v Newcastle.
        Forwards.......

David Fairclough v St Etienne must rank highly or Mark Walters after the second goal which denied United the league the year Leeds won it.
Pepe Reina with the failed slide, or his length of the pitch run after Nando scored against Fulham last year. Igor Biscan with his bemused look after scoring away to Fulham.
Vladi kissing the badge after his Istanbul penalty.
Emlyn Hughes - any goal! probably one against Everton as the best.
Joey Jones - any goal - did he ever score one?
Souness (was it v Man Utd) the forearm knocking away anybody trying to slow his after-goal run - surprised there was no nose broken.
I'm playing all the right notes. Not necessarily in the right order. I'll give you that, sunshine.

Fowlers has to be the best, but I'd did like seeing Mascherano go nuts when he scored against Reading I think.

If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Sucking his thumb, going ballistic shouting 'fack off, fack off!'

Think the Fowler celebration will always be up there for me, plus the golf swing is a good contender!

The team's celebrations for both Owen goals in the FA Cup final robbery against Arsenal were pretty awesome.

Also the team's celebrations for Gary Mac's 44 yarder against the Blue****e....Markus Babbel went absolutely ballistic. And Houllier's reaction was ace too.

Biscan looking as stunned as all of us when he belted on in from 30 yards.

Fowler (or was it Owen)/MacManaman checking the time after scoring against Newcastle.
I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.

On the subject of celebrations, did anyone see Eboue's for Arsenal at the weekend?

                              WTF?
