How can anyone 'predict' a draw?

Last year, I remember someone claiming that the draw was fixed and had been leaked and he quoted every match-up correctly...this was an hour or so before the "live draw".

Yeah, granted but that wasnt really a prediction as such, it was just a leak of the actual draw Which itself, wasnt so much a 'random draw' as a 'what Uefa want' type of procession.

Possible Fixed Draw

Dont know how true or if its just a rumour but a mate has just said that he has heard the draw is fixed.
Apparently we will draw arsenal and then mancs will draw chelsea, with the winners playing each other in the semi's.
As I said it could possibly be a rumour but the same thing happened with the draw last year if i remember rightly and Platini does hate the english.
Anyone else heard anything????
