    Strikers - goals:games ratio

Does any know which LFC striker has the best goals:games ratio? I can't find the info online anywhere (and i certainly don't have the time to investigate it), but I'd guess John Aldridge?

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Jeebus!! Dalglish's record isn't even as good as Paul Walsh's!!

And razor ruddock has a better record than el hadji duff!! actually, that's not particularly surprising...

1 in 82 for Javier Mascherano.

I think this lad has a great shot on him and should get more than that. I know he doesn't get forward often but in games we are dominating he tends to get a couple of chances. Should have more.

As for Carra He must come up for a lot of set peices and should have many more. Great at clearing headers, so why not get on the end of a few in the opposition box?
            Forwards.......

I've always thought that clearing headers and attacking headers are very different skills - probably to do with mindset as much as anything though. There are a limited number of players who transfer skill in one onto the other and it seems easier to go from attacking to defending in this regard.

I'm not sure I want Mascher forward much more - too often he gets a nose bleed and makes piss poor decisions. Long shots are almost always a low odds endeavour and I would prefer (in general) that we minimised their use.

Thought Carra had 5 goals now, not 4??

makes an interesting read that - you see stars of yesterday with worse records than the ones getting slated today.

                      Yossi better ratio than Houghton
Kuyt beats the likes of Terry Mac and Baros.

and what a record Aldo had
Its times like these we learn to live again FF
