    Fulham (away) build-up

    I know it's a bit early, but here's a start:

    Schwarzer eyes Liverpool scalp
    Premier League, 1 April 2009

Mark Schwarzer is determined to keep Fulham on course for a top 10 finish and dent Liverpool's title hopes on Saturday.

Roy Hodgson's side beat Manchester United 2-0 at Craven Cottage last time out to open up the title race.

And Australia goalkeeper Schwarzer is determined to spring another surprise with another home win, this time over Liverpool on Saturday.

He told the club's official website: "You want to play well against a team like Liverpool because they're quite rightly regarded as one of the best teams in the world.

"We have a lot of respect for them, but we want to get one up on them as well.

"There are eight games to go and we've got some very difficult games to come and we'll take each game as it comes but we definitely want to finish in the top half of the table.

"If we can continue our current form over the coming games who knows what will happen."

We lost there last year, i have always seen them as one of our bogey teams, touch wood we will beat them comfortably with our current form being too great.

No that was a 2-2 draw after we had gone 2-0 down.

id say we will steam roll them in midfield, comfortable win from a team sky high on confidence

We lost there two years ago, 1-0. Although we had already qualified for Champs League and were in the final that season. Rafa put out a weakened team. Think Insua made his debut that day.
Jellyfish are 97% water or something, so how much are they doing? Just give them another 3% and make them water. It's more useful

Can only see a win for us the way our players are playing at the moment. I mean, surely Zamora and Johnson won't cause us that many problems? Carra will be raring to go after being rested all week

They dominated Utd 1st half but they did have 10 men and looked a bit leggy and were making pretty basic errors. They let them back in 2nd half even with 10 men, which is encouraging from our point of view
Sack swinging like Dub-D40 on a door hinge

We should play this game as if we were playing against Manchester United, or Chelsea or Real Madrid. From now to the end of the season we need to give everything. We can win the league and we can win the CL if the team play to the level which we know they're capable of reaching.

It's crucial that our internationals are still in decent condition, despite their midweek exploits. United looked jaded and leggy, and it cost them. We cant make the same mistake.
