Great effort by the lads. Thought we had them to be honest. Defensive mistakes cost us and I have to honest, I though Reina, Carra and Skrtel were poor in their decision making tonight. Shame because we needed to be tight at the back. Oh well.

yup - we've gone out and lost the distraction of the CL, but in a way that actually boosts us. May turn out to be the best result we could have hoped for come May.

Terrible defending. We scored the goals we needed, but that was just shocking. I expected us to leek goals as we pressed, but there goals came about due to comical errors and lazyness from the players.

Great resolve by the lads to keep getting up from big asks, that mentality has been on show all season and hopefully carries us through. I was delighted on Saturday to see we were not affected by a likely knockout and hopefully we can keep going now.

I guess I'm just frustrated to think what might have been.

Barcelona who are ripping a new arsehole to every other ****ing team in Spain, who glided past Bayern without going into second gear. It will take a huge lot for Chelsea - with that sort of defending, to win. If I was Malouda, I would think twice about gallivanting up with the best right back in the world standing opposite you.

Well Chelsea will sruggle without Cole as Messi plays on the right. Have to see who they stick there before making my mind up. But Messi will find out that against English teams you need more than just fast feet.
