Agreed. Personally one of the things I loved about growing up as a Liverpool supporter was the close knit community spirit with the Evertonians. Completely different from all other major rivalries and yet another thing that makes us different. And better.

Exactly - it doesn't matter if you're a Red or a Blue, Liverpudlians are the best football fans in the world!
Thanks for the memories Rafa - YNWA!

They had that at Villa and it's meant to be heading to Wembley on Saturday. I hope it's picked up by the tv cameras.

Was good to see Moyes and so many blues in the ground yesterday then walkng home someone out a car shouted at me "I hope Hillsborough happens again" kind of put a downer on everything.

That is appalling. Sadly you will always get some people who are just so low as to not even consider human & align themselves to any cause/team/group etc.

I wonder what their fellow Toffees who lost family 20 years ago would make of their comments.
                      3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Yeah apparently they specifically asked UEFA to do so, which I thought was a creditable thing to do.

                              I thought Villareal did too.
                              .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.
