As things stand right now, it's already touch and go whether or not they'll drop the necessary 4 points - never mind 6.

You're talking about them losing to Arsenal as if it's a foregone conclusion.

I personally think there's more chance of them dropping the points in their away games. Arsenal will either have a CL final to prepare for, or absolutely nothing to play for. Either way, i see no reason why Arsenal will go to Old Trafford with a great deal of desire or a full strength side.

People like Spurs, Boro, Hull and Wigan, who have things to play for, are a better bet IMO.

Even without RvP and Adebayor, they still have Eduardo, Walcott and Arshavin who can play up front. Great strength in depth, to be honest.

It's a big chance for him to shine. Can see Wengers talk; "Good look lad, break a leg."

I struggle to think of a time when Arsenal haven't aimed to give United a game. I think whatever happens it will be a competitive fixture.

I agree with Craig though that United dropping more than 4 points is unlikely and less likely still if they have the boost of us loosing points too.

Ferguson on SSN saying he's not worried about Arsenal fielding a weak side.

Is he taking the ****ing piss?

No, i wasn't talking like it's a foregone conclusion, just pointing out that it takes just one loss for them to any side for it to be back on, even if we do draw tomorrow, that's all.

In the same way you were pointing out that if we don't beat Arsenal it's all over for us, i disagree is all, probability might point to that outcome should we not beat Arsenal, but this is football not science, so i would ALWAYS have hope where LFC are concerned.

I actually think that is the big one for me. He is a very solid keeper and their defenders have faith in him. Fabianski seems much less certain and I think will give us a real chance.

At least he admits he's worried about his team.

There is so much contradictory ****e that comes out of Ferguscums gob you would think being a journalist and writing about it would be child's play, it's all there plain as day, the hypocrisy, the bull****, all there to be taken apart by any half decent journalist.

I mean the other day he had a go at Rafa for calling Everton a small club, then followed it immediately by saying "Moyes is 'building' a big club", so then, not a big club yet, or before Moyes got their either.

Always have hope, but you have to maintain a sense of what's probable and what isnt so.

United losing 2 out of 7 is highly unlikely.

                              Drawing a few probably isn't.

Fabianski is def a weakness we will be looking to exploit. He is a very average goalkeeper who is out of his depth at this level. If Torres gets 1 on 1 with him there will only be one winner every single time
