I'm still waiting for the day a penalty taker does one of those delicate Dwight Yorke style "dinks", only to watch in horror as the keeper doesn't dive and instead calmly stands and catches it.

That said, with the number of penalties that seem to be blasted down the middle, especially in pressure situations, i'm surprised keepers don't faint to dive and then just stand their ground...

Can't remember him missing too many (if any), but his pen in the '06 final was pure class.

'keeper didn't even dive - caught the ball standing up. Although, in fairness, he was about 2 yards off his line when the pen was taken.
