HJC Fundraiser Last thursday in Dublin hosted by irishkop

    HJC Fundraiser Last thursday in Dublin hosted by irishkop

    As some of you will be aware there was a fundraiser on In Dublin last Thursday for the HJC -
    Jan molby,Phil Neal and Ron yates attended

    it was a brilliant night and fair play to Phil and Ron for stepping in at short Notice after Bruce Grobbelaar decided to pull out after agreeing to do the night

    Anyway money still coming in and final total to be announced soon but it has made over the €12,000 mark ! I would like to thank those from here who supported us and to mods that always help us with stickies and that.

    excellent fella glad it went so well - have heard bout BGnot impressedtbh but glad it wasnt a problem for jan and the lads

        Don't know about anyone else but I don't like seeing former players on any reality tv ****e!
        Jellyfish are 97% water or something, so how much are they doing? Just give them another 3% and make them water. It's more useful

          Yes he pulled out on us 8 days before the night for Hells Kitchen,I am not going to say much about him.

          I am the Admin over there,every so often me and the other mods do something for a LFC related cause,ln the last year we have done stuff for the HJC,Anne Williams and we helped fund the Bob Paisley Memorial.We have another 5 a side tournament planned for June not sure what cause yet but it will be a good day.

          Last weeks gig was sold out a few weeks in advance with over 500 people there on the night.We got a few boxes of T shirts from Anne Williams as well and knocked them out for her.We have a good bunch of lads who help run the site and once we decide to do something we do it.

          Here is a You tube clip one of the users made of a portion of the night,it gives you a feel for what it was like.We had a well knowing Irish Comedian doing MC on the night.

                nice one.

                did anyone see bruce on soccer am a while ago. his daughter was on it as well talking about being an agent and he acted like a bit of an arse. was putting her down and generally wasnt talking much. made himself out to look like a bit of a tit
                in january we were doomed.
