Go have your head sorted mate you ain't going to be happy in life ever.
No need for petty name calling mate, he is only giving his opinion, and most of us would sadly agree with him.

We all still have hope, but realistically we all know its now a real long shot.

Steven Gerrard pretty much said the same thing after the game, is he a negative **** too?

Last night's result HAS changed things, that's a ****ing fact. It's not negative, it's factual. You ****ing whopper.
You're a special LFC fan obviously, and we have to bear your negative posts each time a result isn't in our favor. Stick your head elsewhere to cool down after each match instead of questioning if I'm deserving of a fan or not.

How do you know I'm not bothered by the result? What's done is done you can't do anything about that so ****ing move on and stop whining.

You never give a ****. Whatever result, you're always telling us how it's some kind of blessing in disguise. Absolute bollocks mate, i'm devestated about last night as are most reds i know. I can only draw my conclusions about how you post on here, but from what i see, you come across as though you couldnt give a flying ****. Which is your right, of course. But dont ****ing tell me it doesnt matter.

It's got sod all to do with 'being happy in life', this particular forum is about LFC, that's what is discussed in it and that's what i post about in here.

I wonder about you mate, i wonder what you do when we score a goal - i envisage you slipping into polite applause and thinking 'jolly good'.

I cant remotely relate to your 'carefree' style when it comes to LFC.

'Carefree style' ? You don't know what you're talking about and you don't have a ****ing clue about me. I'm as passionate if not more than you. I was obviously gutted about the result last night if you want to know; I watched the match live at 3 ****ing AM here and couldn't sleep a ****ing wink after that.

Had to endure a stressful day on top of that so please don't tell me I don't give a **** about this club, which has been all my life for the best part of 30 ****ing years.

Just because I try to put a sense of perspective on things and try to see the positive rather than the negative doesn't mean I'm less of a fan. We got one point, which is better than having had none. If we'd lost we would have been potentially 7 points off them, but as it is it's 6, which still gives us a slight hope.

If Arsenal can play like the way they played last night they'll wallop them on current form then we'll probably need Portsmouth or whoever else to hand us a favor but nothing is finished until that ****ing fat lady sings. You're not the epitome of what this club stands for. YNWA and fight till the end; it's about being romantic not a realistic dull ****er.

Liverpool fans fighting with one another certainly aint going to help the cause. Kiss and make up Seriously though, yesterday was **** and I'm fairly sure nobody is happy about it but Fredo is trying to be positive and fair play to him, wish I could be.

I'm not going to go through the amount of time & money it costs me, it's not an issue. But seeing as you mentioned staying up through the night, i thought i'd point out that it takes more than a 10 minute stroll for me to attend the games too. But that's by the by.

Arsenal were ****e last night, they just got fortunate with defensive **** ups and a clinical Russian.

If you do care and do get pissed off, why not just be the real you and express it? You're not doing an interview to the press, where you have to make out everything's great. I just post what i feel, i'm genuine and i dont pretend to be anything different.

Dont talk to me about the epitome of our club mate, you havent the foggiest. Alls i know is most reds i know are completely deflated and down right now, whereas you seem utterly non-plussed. As i said, i draw my conclusions from what you post, without seeing it as some kind of PC disguise that you like to use, in order to mask your real feelings.

This is hilarious stuff, as if I disguise anything in here. I tell it like it is and get rattled for it anyway but that's fine, I'm still here having to answer to you that I don't 'act' like a proper 'gutted' Liverpool fan.

It's not about being gutted but about being constructive, which you're not because there's no point blaming our defensive mistakes as Rafa has pointed at them, the press and everyone saw that. Arsenal had to take their chances still, and they took it brilliantly. They played fantastic football at times, they were no **** as you would try to make us believe.

We should have won this match anyway, as we were the better team but defensive mistakes cost us. We're deflated yes but we have to put a brave face on, it's a ****ing game of football in the end.

I'll gladly talk about things I can change, not about things out of my hands.

As for your 10 minutes 'stroll' to the stadium, at least you've got the chance to do so. It would cost me 3 plane tickets + the cost of one to afford a seat there.

It costs me a bomb too fredo. I dont live 10 minutes from the stadium, that's not what i was saying. I dont have to take a flight, but it takes me the best part of 12-14 hours, from leaving to getting back. But **** that, it's not the issue.

What you dont seem to be understanding is that, for me, there's no 'looking at it calmly and rationally' etc, because passion doesnt allow me to do that. I dont choose how to feel, it's just how i feel.

And when i hear stuff that's suggesting it was good to drop points because it gives them a 'false sense of security', i just happen to think 'what the ****???'

Like i said, i cant remotely relate to how you are and i think i'm in the majority here. But each to their own. I wasnt meaning to have a go at you, but it IS a fact that, to me, you come across as if you're fairly non-plussed about it, as if you can 'take it or leave it'. Whether you actually do feel that way or not, i dont know but it's genuinely how i perceive you, based on your posts.

Where did I say it was good to drop 2 points?

                      Anyway, sick of it. Bye.

It was implied, not said. You were implying that there was some kind of positive angle to the fact that we dropped points, when there isnt at all.

Why you cant just be true to yourself and accept when something's gone tits up, i dont know. It doesnt make you less of a fan to admit negatives.

I still believe. How many times this season have been virtually out, only to come storming back? Yes, the odds are heavily weighted against us; however, in comparison to United we are playing the better football.

They have been extremely fortunate in their last two league outings gaining wins when more deserving of a draw or defeat. If we had been vying with the United of last year, I would have given up, but something just doesn't seem right this season.

The point last night is huge in the sense, that it doesn't hand wrap the title to United. They have to continue to field their strongest 11 in both the league and European cup. They still have to play Tottenham, City and Arsenal, all teams with the quality to take some points and Middlesborough away which is always a tough game for any member of the top four. They play nine games (7 league, 2 CL) over the next month, in comparison to our five. There is certainly still plenty of opportunity for the results to reflect their form, hopefully starting with Crouch and Pennant tonight and Keane on Saturday.

I'm hoping for a Portsmouth win. Yes, I feel deflated too, but who knows what's round the corner?
