as i've said in other threads, i think kuyt, babel and n'gog can cover for torres next season, so we don't need bo buy another striker

he's looked decent enough from what we've seen of him, and what's encouraging is he's looked better and more confident with performances, he's a better player than he was at the begining of the season and that's a good sign, for things to come. i hope he makes it.

Aye, agree with both sides, but he certainly seems to have an eye for goal v tired defences. Fair play & good luck to him.
      3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Stick him on against Newcastle at the weekend and he will increase his goals to game ratio!
Jellyfish are 97% water or something, so how much are they doing? Just give them another 3% and make them water. It's more useful

I'd like for him to put himself a bit about amongst the defenders. Chase them down, have a bit of urgency, get into tackles, push them around. Torres does it fantastically well, I know N'Gog is different but the application has to be there for him to get regarded as a number two to Torres, which he isn't at the moment.

He looks alright, no more, no less. We'll have to wait and see...

First year for a kid, he looked shaky at the start but has improved with every minute. Hopefully step up another gear next year and would keep him for it.

At the moment he'd struggle to get in a championship side and I just don't see what more he brings to the bench rather than Nemeth, Pacheco, or two or three of the other lads who are out on loan. Kuyt, Babel and N'gog as back-up strikers shows the weakness of our first team squad in this position for me.

Well more experience and strength and a better finish than Pacheco for a start. Less injured this year than Nemeth and he definitely has more experience than him.

Scored tonight and looked lively. Had great ball control and looked very confident.
