One of the less publicised changes Benitez and Lee have introduced has been decorating Melwood and the Anfield tunnel with images of the club's all-time greats, as well as inspirational quotes from the likes of Johan Cruyff and Diego Maradona.

Anyway he ended up at Young Boys Berne, Heighway was leaving/Left and we needed a new director.

Parry's lad told slick Rick that this Piet Hamberg was the man to get. Rafa wanted some Spanish lad, but was over ruled by Parry who had the power.

Rafa wanted to sign this doctor who was supposed to be quality, Parry dug his heels in and the doc went to Man Utd.

So Parry asked Piet if he knew a good doctor, he said yes some bird doctor at Young Boys. So she got the job.

When we needed to do a medical on Dossena our doc was away with england so rafa said bring the academy doctor in.

It was then brought to light that she did not have the right medical qualifications. But was infact getting banged by Pier.

Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

In short he is a credible 'good news' PR machine, a link between the past and present, we sing songs about our history yet as a football club don't utilize it as well as we should.
Kenny should always be involved in whatever capacity he wants to be until he dies just like in many years to come Gerrard and Carra should always have an involvement
He's a complete and utter cock.

Their fathers might though and I'm sure their parents will play an important role in deciding which club to join.......

I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
                Mine angry and defrauded young?

In regards to this situation, I thought Dalglish would have an ambassadorial non executive role at the club who is used mainly for advice and as a go to guy for the press. McParland who is compiling this dossier of the current structure should take over if all goes to plan. I wouldn't be surprised if McParland has a role within the reserve team as a 'checks and balances' guy

I want Kenny involved somehow with Liverpool, but the academy coach is not the right role for him.

A case can be made even for the most saintly.

But seriously, Dalglish would never do in the youth role. Rafa wanted to take control over it himself. It would be a mistake to let Kenny take any role in a footballing matter, as he would begin to rub up against Benitez authority in some way. We are better off keeping him in a publicity role. That way if Benitez did leave, Kenny has his hands clean to slide gracefully back into management.
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

I'm late 20's and Dalglish was not my era as a player. But I know what he did. Cruyff was in the 70's but when I was a kid there was still the odd lad who thought he was him in the park doing the Cruff turn at every chance.

Likewise Pele, who people will likely have never seen him play a full match on TV, never mind live.

Outside looking in I'd say the same. But how do we know Dalglish does not share the same vision as Rafa and has all the credentials required to take on the job.............

Rafa came from a very successfull era during the Real Madrid youth set up and as such has his own ideas set in stone, as well as a few he will have been taught elsewhere. He will rule and the rest will fall in time with him. Once the system is in place it will run itself.
