Sami is a legend, Good luck to him for next couple of years and lets hope to see him back as a coach in a few of years time
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Feel a right plum but that brought tears to my eyes today, clearly the big man was moved too. Sheer legend, no other word for someone of his quality, class, integrity, professionalism and loyalty.

Wish him all the best in everything he does, out in Germany and beyond. Bayer Leverkusen dont know how lucky they are. I'll look forward to welcoming him back to Anfield in future years and i'm sure he will be a massive asset for the club yet again, in whatever capacity he returns, just as he was for the past decade as a player.

Up there with Hansen, Hughes, Yeats and anyone else, for that matter.

"If Gerrard continues to play up front, leaving this lack of creativity and intelligence in Midfield, the season WILL be over by Xmas."

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

                            That was emotional. Choked.

Bye bye for now Sami. Can't wait to see you again.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Thanks,I have seen it now.Nice touch by Gerrard for handing over the armband.

I suppose it'd be hard to find a more fitting player to use as an example of a model pro.I can't even think of a moment where he has squared upto another player, and thats something for a top centre back playing over 400 hundred games.
