Best Player: Gerrard - Just ahead of Alonso, who has been great but Gerrard is still our best and most important player.

Best Young Player: Insua - Obviously

Most Improved Player: Dirk Kuyt - Difficult one this, I've always rated Kuyt and Benayoun so haven't really been that surprised by their contributions. Arbeloa is an arguable shout for this instead, but in the end I've gone for Kuyt simply because the man deserves massive plaudits for the way he's adapted to the position he's been asked to play in and proven a lot of abusive internet posters wrong.

Best Goal: Torres v Blackburn - Stunning

Best Win: Manu 1 - 4 LFC - Easy. Madrid was great but that was sublime.

Team of the Season: Reina - Arbeloa - Carra - Skrtel - Aurelio - Mascherano - Alonso - Kuyt - Benayoun - Gerrard - Torres

There's no right or wrong with opinions, but I do wonder how people can have Agger in their "team of the season"? Great player but how many games did he start the last 9 months? Really not many. Not his fault at all obv, but surely Skrtel did more over this actual season of play?
