I think most people like the style of play that his Bournemouth side had the main questions are will it translate to Liverpool where opposition sides will setup differently, and will his methods work when you have 2 games a week and something like 60 games in a season?

I think that we need a big squad, as things stand we probably need to bring in about 5 players who are either going to be starters or at least regularly involved and you wouldn't be upset if they played in big games, but we probably also need a few squad players as we seriously lack numbers. For me I would be tempted to keep the outgoings to a minimum and see if he can get something out of players like Elliott and possibly Endo

It might take a season just to transition to that, physically. As long as the football is exciting, I’ll be patient.
Fine if not expecting to compete on all fronts. Think he may need to change too.

I reckon so. Iraola loves a press and Harv will give him that.

Heck of a risk this but less risky than sticking with Slot. I think Iraola is a good manager and he seems a good man. Let’s hope it works out.

He is of course far more aligned with the pressing that we saw from Klopp's team, so lets hope our players can keep up; but equally, Bournemouth struck me as quite a counter attacking side. Which is all well and good if that means quick movement and quick passing (ie the anti Slot) but less so if that means sitting back, attracting pressure and firing long balls up to the big man up top

Caveat being I can't recall seeing many games Bournemouth played without us as their opponents
Adam Cleary did a video on Iraola and the pressing tactics.

The refugees returned home to a somewhat different home, but a home nonetheless.

    Edit #2: I do now too 🤔

Edit #3: it seems to be something called 'Reputation'
Not sure how I feel about only having a 2/10 reputation
