Having a read of that, where do the NOTW get their 'squad value' figure from? Not being funny but how do you put prices on the likes of Torres, Gerrard, Messi etc? -

I see the figures slightly higher given today's money market goes so, i see
Torres 50-55m (not kidding, hell, Chelski paid 30m for a 30yr old)
Gerrard 45-50m (where @ that price would we find similar quality even!)

Torres is as valuable as ronaldo and kaka - so what, 50-60 mill?
Gerrard is slightly less because of his age - 45-50mill
He was interviewed on LFC.tv denying that the armband was anything to do with a move to lfc. it was a 'band of brothers' thing with his mates. what it does show is that him and his mates were kindred sprits with us before he moved. like that a lot.Comment
