I read something today saying potentially we could start the 1st game with up to 7 players missing if their countries go deep into the WC Finals. Highly unlikely but it’s likely a few could be missing based on the minimum 1 month rest we impose.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

December quite brutal - 6 league games, plus Mickey mouse cup games

Big games are mostly at home in the first half of the season and away in the second half. Might be helpful.

              CL game weeks are:
              1: 8-10th Sept
              2: 13:14th Oct
              3: 20-21st Oct
              4: 3-4th Nov
              5: 24-25th Nov
              6: 8-9th Dec
              7: 19-20th Jan
              8: 27th Jan

Which means Game week 2 is after we play Man City and Game week 4 is after we play Man Utd with Game 5 between the Man Utd game and the Everton game, then Game 7 is before we go away to Man Utd and Game 8 between the Man Utd and Everton games, so there likely some tricky runs of games in there...

A reasonable opening, but October is pretty nasty. Hopefully we will have found some rhythm by then

The first 8 games are ok, there is Man City in there which is obviously a difficult game, but the run from Arsenal at the end of October to Chelsea at the start of December is rough, then you get into that intense Christmas period which runs to early/mid January

Also the Man City and Man Utd games come after international breaks which never helps anything
