It's not an ideal situation but I think we can make it work. I'm not sure Zenden + Alonso is that much more secure. I do believe that Stevie will adapt to be more vigilant in defence, he just needs to try and do a little less in games.

It isnt, there seems to be a myth now that Stevie cant do any defending just because of one dodgy game against Gala. He's no Momo or Alonso defensively but he can get back and win tackles etc.
