Liverpool Football Club have issued the following statement regarding the future of the official club TV channel, LFC TV.
"LFC TV is currently broadcasting as normal and will continue to do so until further notice. However, following the announcement that Setanta GB is no longer trading, there may be some disruption to our service for UK television viewers.
"We're continuing to monitor developments but wish to point out that our online and international viewers should remain unaffected and that Liverpool Football Club remains committed to the future of LFC TV."We come not to play.

So those had subscribed to Setanta are still getting it.Originally posted by johnly View Postjust tried mine on Sky, its still locked
In the long run i wonder how they will take things forward? become a standalone subscription channel like the Mancs? (would anyone buy it? on the whole it's ok but I certainly wouldn't - well not unless it was very reasonable). We come not to play.

I'd consider paying the subscription but I wouldn't pay more than £50 a year for it cos then I'd be just as well join the paysite on www.liverpoolfc.tvThis post has been generated using 100% recycled pixels

I'd expect it'd be exactly that mate, standalone subs, £6.99 a month or something like that.Originally posted by Imy View PostSo those had subscribed to Setanta are still getting it.

If G&T were on the ball, they would see this as an opportunity to capitalise on the espn deal and let them broadcast LFCTV free to America and Asia and only charge a subbie for UK and poss Europe based fans therefore maximising on the teams exposure and marketability.-----------------------------------------------

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.
