    Family Club?

Do you think LFC are a family club so to speak?
    I would say yes definetely.

If you mean - can I take my two lads (8 & 10) to a game - with change from £150 - the answer is NO.

Even if you were to all purchase an adult ticket, that'd still be 3 x £35 = £105 or thereabouts.

So i dont know who normally sells you tickets and how much you pay, but yes, you'd easily get change from £150.

It's not just the cost of the tickets. Ignoring the fact that you would have to pay £20 x2 for junior membership to get any chance of a ticket, it's the travel costs etc.

Travel costs are a bugger, i do a round trip of 460 miles for every home game, but you can hardly blame the club for that. The club is Liverpool and will obviously be in Liverpool, they cant legislate for fans living so many miles away.

As for the membership fee, it's a one-off payment, so generally speaking ticket costs would easily get you back change from £150.

I used to, but since Gerrard killed that bloke with a machete whilst off his tits on a mix of speed, ketamine and virgins blood I have to rethink my stance
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
                    Mine angry and defrauded young?

Was gonna post something similarly sarcastic, but not sure I could outdo that.
                      3rd place. Worst champions ever.

I would say, "who gives a damn?"

In comparison to most premier league clubs we are very good value for money, in that people get to see a fantastic side who challenge for honours every year.

We obviosuly have fans who spout of vile things, but so does every football club.

I think my answer would be that if you think it is possible for a club to be a family orintated one then yes we are.

Family club....what rot! Always makes me laugh that. What exactly does it mean?

I suppose we once were, being owned by a family and wotnot. But the idea of a family club these days is ludicrous. I remember sitting in what at the time was a newly-opened 'Family Stand' at Chesterfield v Grimsby. I was about 12 or so. This fella a couple of seats along from us, occupying the aisle seat with his young son, leapt up after a late challenge to go charging down to the front to shout at the Grimsby hatchet-man "YOU FOOKIN DIRTY CUNT, YOU'RE A FOOKIN DISGRACE, **** OFF, GOO ON, **** THEE SEN!".

                              Lovely family atmosphere.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
