Match Tickets for Live Sky Games

Have just booked flights and accomodation for the City match 21/11/09.
This is a lunchtime kick-off live on Sky.
Just wondering if anyone knows what the likelihood for getting tickets is?
Are there any on general sale at the ground on morning of match or will touts be the only option?
    Cheers

I doubt there would be tickets available at the office on the morning of the game although others on here know better than I do.

Touts will be your only option on the day of the game.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Get yourself an All Red membership and you would stand a better chance of getting a ticket.

Despite the cost of the membership (£29) - it would probably work out cheaper than a tout.

You wont get anything on the day of the game.

How many tickets are you after?

Big take up on this at my supporters club branch... Over-booked actually and it is now a premium match grade game.
I was in too late so going to Hull game in Sept.

prob worth looking at the crap "eat in the sandon but get a match ticket" option and don't bother going to the sandon

Well i did ask how many you needed, thinking that i might be able to help - but if you want to go for the touts, that's upto you!

If you are buying off any touts make sure you purchase off the old gimpy ones so you can chase them down when they hand you a dud and leg it with your money

4 might be a difficult task. I'll see what i can do but keep exploring other avenues though. For this game, i'd guess that you'd probably pay around double from a tout. Maybe even upto about £80 or £90 per ticket. Rip-off merchants.

At Chelski game last year they were looking for £150 but dealing for £120. I had a ticket arranged through a mate who had it left with a tout when he didn't need it. Of course when the tout realised he could get £150 for the ticket instead of nothing off me he failed to show..... the fat cunt

Ended up getting ripped off by a tout but I chased the ****er down with a Norwegian bloke and we caught him. He thought we were gonna hammer him but we just wanted our money back. We got it alright and he got a shoe in the hole for trying it on. Just got out of there asap then.

I met another guy who actually got into the ground but found people sitting in his seat. When he complained to a steward he was told his ticket was a fake and got kicked out.

I also met a pair or Irish lads who had tickets bought through the ticket office but when they got to it to pick them up the tickets had been given out after they had paid by credit card... Sounds like there are a couple of scams going on inside the club too.

Most touts hang out around the Albert cos the laneway is a handy spot to do business. They're cowboys... never again. Getting my tickets through the local fanclub branch anymore.
