A Liverpool XI are in action tonight when they travel to Notts County (kick-off 7.45pm BST).
John McMahon will be in charge of the team and it is an eagerly anticipated match against a County side who have a certain Sven-Goran Eriksson on their staff.
The ground carries fond memories as Liverpool won the League Championship at Meadow Lane under Joe Fagan in 1984.
McMahon told Liverpoolfc.tv: "We are looking forward to this match against a good team so it will be a real test for us.
"I have been pleased with the way we have played so far in the pre-season and we are looking to keep that good form going tonight."
