bit of late pressure from Liverpool, corner. 4th of the game nothing comes of it, weak Gerrard shot.
hopefully second half will be better with us shooting towards the kop.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Pennant ball in, Stevie volleys wide. That should be H-T.

Whatever way you look at it we should beat Blackburn at home.
they had two goals ruled off for offside, on both occasions they seemed like they had alot of grass to play in infront of our goal with our centre hlaf pairing looking isolated on them occasions.
Not sure about our tactics this season, I think they have changed from last slightly.

Now where the **** was Reina going for the goal?

              He's starting to worry me.

              Pennant and Bellamy rubbish, again.

              Garcia on please.

Im almost of the oppinion now that sissoko is our most important player?
Would be close between him and Gerrard, and we miss him today.

Were they offside or should the goals have stood?

for the goal in fairness i think he expected nondo to get the ball.
it would be more the marking id be concerned about

'd agree with all of that. We lack composure and flair in the middle of the park, nothings coming from the wings at all and Crouch and Bellamy are chasing scraps upfront.

                        Not good at all.

Sorry, not having that. He had no chance of getting there. If he stays on his line he saves that or at least has a chance to.

Bellamy isn't LFC quality, I don't care what anyone says. Just ****e. Bring on Garcia.

Yeah, why on earth was the covering CB (was it Carra) coming towards that rather than marking his man? Made it far too easy.

We still should've scored, Crouch's best chance was very good if he'd made a decent contact

Outside of Kuyt Rafa's new signings just aren't doing it. It's setting us back.
