Straight to the point;

Bellamy isn't an improvement on Cisse, or enough of one.

Pennant is quite frankly not fit to wear the liverbird. Is there anyone left who still thinks he's got what it takes?

Why aren't Garcia and Gonzalez playing more?

We miss Kuyt already. He's the one intelligent attacker we have. He knows how to pass and move.

We still don't utilise Crouch properly often enough. His presence was wasted today.

Steven Gerrard's form is a worry. If he isn't playing well we're ordinary more often than not. Like today.

What was Reina doing for the first goal?, he's making errors of judgement this season that he wasn't last.

IMO we still don't have enough top quality players to win the title, especially in the final third. Rafa gambled on Pennant and Bellamy and it's backfired and it's set us back.

10 points from 12 at home; okay. 1 point from 12 away is costing us dear.

I'd like to see Rafa be a bit more positive in sending out the team with more attacking intent from the first, at home we do this but not away. It's frustrating.

Some of the summer signings don't seem to have had a posotive effect and there are a lot of improvements that need to be made. We seem to have reverted back to our form of 2 years ago.

We need to improve and a kick up the Arse is required for a lot of the players. Hopefully todays result acts as that kick.

We have no excuses now with the international fixtures being over for quite a while.

I wouldn't go that far. He's certainly not better if at all, the difference is negligible.

We still lack an Alpha Dog 25 goal a season centre forward, a poacher, a Fowler/Rush type. Kuyt and Crouch aren't that sort of player, and we've gone over Bellamy already. The balance isn't there up front.

One thing I forgot to add in the original post; play Gerrard/Garcia on the right from now on. Just anyone but Pennant. That's another thing we lack, a proper right winger.

Still work to be done and problems to be solved.

We have to sort out our away form. Pennant is not worth 6.8£ m in mu opinion.
Bellamy is slowly getting there but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for".

He has to learn to beat his man on the outside and cross it in. If he does that he'll definitely improve.

Yeah, I think it's been long enough to gel and play more solid football. Our defence still gives me too many tense moments per game. It does seem to be a step back from last year at the moment.
