To put it bluntly we were absolutely rubbish. We were barely able to string more than 3 passes together at a time. That could be something to do with not really wanting to be there and perhaps the fact that there is never a settled team, just always mixing players about. Or the fact that most of them aren't very good.

To the positives- Pacheco was a few classes above everyone else. He worked his socks off and clearly looked special. If he was developing in a team full of quality players then the moves that he tries to pull off would actually work. He worked his socks off all night too, never stopped running and fighting for the ball. His cross for the goal was awesome, one of those inswinging crosses that the defence cannot deal with ever.

Eccelston worked hard too and did okay. Threlfall and Mavinga did ok too.

However our midfield was practically invisible, saw nothing from them the whole game which is why the match was rubbish. We never controlled anything for even 5 minutes

Jordi Brouwer is the biggest waste of space ever. I have no idea what the club see in him. He is awful. Think he touched the ball about 4 times in 45 minutes

Vitor Flora did ok in the last 15 minutes or so but Brouwar (target man) couldnt really control his passes

Weijl got stretchered off by the way, looked in a lot of pain
I think you're being a bit dramatic there. We were fine especially for the first half hour. Pacheco and Ecclestone linked well, Maving, Darby, Threllfall and irwin were a solid back four and latterly Saric and Flora looked decent enough.

It was never going to be a classic so I think terms like "rubbish" are perhaps a tad OTT

I didnt expect a great team performance and perhaps i am being harsh considering they are all very young players but still we should have been able to play a bit of football. Im just saying i have seen better quality performances from average scottish division 2 sides

I thought Irwin had a really bad game actually, the other 3 at the back had to cover for his mistakes a fair bit. Kohlert didn't do much despite playing the whole game but he can be excused as he is only 16 I think

Kohlert was certainly the most lost of all the players but that will be his age as you say

The most impressive performance on the night was from Thistle's number 11 Erskine, the boy who got the goal. Thought he looked really tidy

He's also been at the club less than a month.......
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
