to be honest, i was thinking that we should sell a few players, get all the funds and start again with a new team.....go and do a wenger and perchase some of the best young players all over the world and see if we can do something that way....if we sold Gerrard anf Torres then we'd probably end up with about 90m at least.....then mascherano another 40m and the likes of voronin (2m), bennyoun (6m), babel (3m) kuyt (10m)............... rafa could end up with the bones of 140m to spend on players and a blank canvas of a teamsheet.....

chances are though that the yanks would sell all the players and then give him 4m to spend on new ones!!!!

Oh come off it. Neraly win the title so scrap the whole lot and start again? The three key players you mention are ones you should build a team around not sell.

Wenger does what he does because the club are skint. Not beacuse he wants too.

i was only joking but not so sure.......

at the end of the day, torres is only awesome if he has the proper defence and midfield behind him..... gerrard is worth shedloads now but will be 30 next year and won't be then... with regards to mascherano, people mention that the midfield is missing alonso but mascher looks like he is grumpy or something.....i just think he needs to snap out of it and be more of a team player - maybe he has the hump that he's not at barca?!!!????

i just hope aquilani can turn out to be a class class class player

Every key 1st teamer bar one-or-two have had a huge pay increase at the start of the season. Torres, Gerrard, Kyut, Benayoun, Agger. They should all pull their weight equally.

Are we getting what we paid for, from these.
