In fairness Sami wasn't playing in thbe majority of the games last season and we didn't concede from set pieces to the same level as we're doing this season. I don't think it's a case of missing Sami I think there's more to it

Our defence was bad last season. Looking at the amount of possession we've had, we conceded too many goals against lesser sides. Far worse record than the mancs or Chelsea.

Our defensive record only holds up well against top sides (when we don't need the initiative and are comfortable sitting deep).

With this defence we will always leak goals pushing up.
