Have to say, I have a feeling this game could be a real cracker. I've gone for a big Liverpool win, but that is on the assumption that we turn up tonight. If we take this game steady we will get a very hard game tonight.

Leeds will come flying out the blocks. I actually think that they have the believe they can win the game at this stage. The crowd will get them right up for it. If we do get an early goal or two we will dispell that belief and let them know that 15 home wins on the spin against League One teams is a different proposition to playing Liverpool Football Club.

I would be happy with a comfortable win. It is good to have a few joke cup games to involve more of the squad members

Can't see Spearing playing in behind N'gog, he is not an attacking player. I think he play next to Mascher with Aurelio on the left and Riera behind N'gog.
