Isn't Van der Sar older than Giggs? Not sure if he's oldest, but he's older than GiggsOriginally posted by fah-q View PostGiggs for both? The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

You have to play 10 league games to qualify for a medal don't you? Macheda didn'tOriginally posted by Lee View PostI'm sure Macheda got a winners medal last year for United, and he was 17. Surely he has to be one of the youngest?
Oldest? Seaman? Van der Saar? Or a random Chelsea player perhaps?!

I know.Originally posted by Exiled_red View PostYou have to play 10 league games to qualify for a medal don't you? Macheda didn't
But I read that you can ask for one if you made a 'significant contribution' and I am sure because of this he was given one. Think it was in The Times or something.

I didn't know that? Out of interest what would count as 'a significant contribution'? One goal? two? five? It seems really subjectiveOriginally posted by Lee View PostI know.

By that logic, Howard Webb, Alan Wiley and Mike Riley should've all got one too.Originally posted by Lee View PostI know.

I always thought it was ten and then when United won it last season *spit*, there was a couple of lines in the papers about it. I agree, not sure what they do call a significant contribution, but didn't the little cunt score a couple of winners for them towards the end of the season?
Guess that's significant enough
