He may be able to finish like Klinsman, but he certainly can’t celebrate like him. What a pathetic dive.

If Martin Kelly doesn't make it here, no one will, but I do think he will make it.

There's just no way you could convince me that he's worse than what Carragher was at his age, and the latter hasn't been injured for two years of his development period.

I could understand if Spearing doesn't make it, or Darby, or even Nemeth/Pacheco, but Kelly is in my opinion the biggest prospect we've got. He's got pace, strength, height, confidence and most importantly, he can improve so much more.

Kelly should make it as he doesnt seem to have anyone in his way over the next few years. I really like Darby and could see him as back upto Johnson but Kelly could quite easily make the first team within the next couple of seasons.

I honestly think Nemeth will also make it, i am hoping for big things for him next season. Pacheco is still only 18 so has time on his side

The problem with Pacheco is that he's too small and weak to make it in the Premier League. He could be a brilliant player for a Spanish team smart enough to pick him up. Agree on Nemeth.

Darby hasn't really impressed me, he's not quick enough and is very limited going forward. Kelly currently offers a better option at RB. I don't think Darby and Spearing will still be here in a couple of years.

            Scholes, Defoe, Zola, Juninho, Owen???

Edit: He is still a bit weak, but that can be worked on.

If he's good enough, he should overcome his size.

kelly is english and that gives him an advantage over san jose and ayala. But ayala looks tough and uncompromising to me and tends to stand out in the reserves(not the quickest though)

Kelly could be a very good right back and eventually move into centre of the defence because he does have good pace, height and strength. Uses the ball well too.

He probably needs a full season in the championship and then another full season on loan in the premiership. But whether rafa will let him go is another matter.

Pacheco doesn't have the pace and finishing that Defoe has and Owen used to have. I think he's going to end up as an attacking midfielder eventually and in that position I don't think he's going to be good enough for us.

San Jose won't be coming back in my opinion, and while Ayala isn't a bad player, his pace and strength poses a glass ceiling for his improvement.

Peter Gulacsi has saved 5 out of 8 penalties
One of them hit the bar
So out of 8 penalties he has let in only 2 goals

                      That's impressive
