And I stand by Torres, Alonso, Mascherano and Alonso being good use of big money.
in a rather bad way i was trying to convey a point of the bad signings outweighed the good at that price.

At this moment in time I'd be happy if Steve Morgan put his hand in his pocket.

Torres, Mascherano, and Alonso were all good signings, Johnson looks promising but it is still possibly too early to say and we haven't seen Aquilani yet.

Lucas and Dossena weren't big money signings, the Keane deal most people thought would be a good signing, but just didn't work out these things happen and we recovered most of the money. Babel admittedly can be considered something of a gamble but was a highly rated young player and a number of top clubs were after him, but didn't develop as was expected. That's not a bad record, there's risk with any transfer.

Although im no G&H lover, but it was not them who took off the most creative player lastnight when we needed one most as in Benni. But your right the club is in a dire situation, Maybe all this is a blessing in disguise, if there is no champions league cash it will force them ****s to release the club. The way things are going £1 will buy the club but whoever buys it will have a lot od debt...

I think he did that because we need to keep hold of the ball, also it gave us another striker on the pitch, we ended playing 4-3-3, which is right when looking for goals.

I know I'm being facetious and I do really apologise but who were our three strikers that we had on the pitch at the end?

I know, the squad if ****ing dire, but then again, we wouldn't be playing so many squad players in normal circumstances. Our midfield was totally non-existent once again, which is the biggest worry.

                      Pepe
                      Agger
                      Carra
                      Johnson
                      Masch
                      Gerrard
                      Torres

                      Aquilani ???

3/4 players short of a title winning team.

But that same team (bar Sami and Alonso) finished 4 points behind United last season.

God that makes depressing reading considering our striking past

Last season, unfortunately not this one. You can never rest on your laurels.

Lets get our priorities right here, now is the time to show some ****ing support for the Manager and the team. Boy do they need it. Judge him/them at the end of the season FFS.

Any other man but Rafa would have walked away from this job a long time ago because of those 2 American cunts, so if we are looking to blame anyone I say lets go for them first.
